Refund Policy

Before the unlock date

Vaults are time-locked by design. Deposits can't be withdrawn or refunded before the vault's unlock date and time.

After the vault unlocks

The vault owner taps Withdraw. Every deposit in the vault is refunded in full to the card or bank account it was originally paid with. Refunds typically arrive within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Service fees

The 1.5% service fee charged on each deposit is non-refundable.

Shared vaults and gifts

Deposits from shared-vault members and gifts are returned to the payment method of the person who made them.

Automatic deposits

You can pause or cancel automatic deposits at any time from the vault. Charges that already went through are locked in the vault like any other deposit.
